The Zette System has a full design, comes with a projector and the handle system can be attached to a radio-like block.
The Zette System dedicated gaming device is hand-made by Swedish artist Love Hultén. Normally, it looks like a classic wooden radio.
The game console looks like a speaker set, but when disassembling the components is the game handle.
But in fact, this is a classic-designed gaming machine with four separate components. One side of the “speaker” is a computer designed and programmed to simulate a classic console, from the Atari 2600 to Super Nintendo version, with a DLP projector with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. Although it has a low resolution, it is perfectly suited for the purpose of recreating games for decades. Battery of the device has a capacity of 2,600 mAh, support the system to operate continuously for two hours.
The central part of the radio is a pair of wooden gamepads with a control panel and buttons made of smoke-colored amber. These handles can be connected to the system using Bluetooth.
The rest is a true speaker. However, in addition to providing audio, it is also a place to store cables and USB ports to connect everything together. Parts are mounted with neodymium rare earth magnets. This type of permanent magnet has a strong magnetic force but is highly resistant, suitable for electronic applications. Its appearance makes the whole machine without screws.
For those who prefer a joystick, there is an arcade version of the Zette System with a larger size. In it, the gamepad is still a wireless connection, but it is designed to easily attach a joystick pair like a game console.
Due to being handmade, only 25 units are produced and their prices are not cheap either. The standard version costs $ 2,255 while the larger version (arcade) costs $ 2,849.
